My Favorite Styling Products

So I wanted to quickly list some of my favorite styling products (Don’t forget to check out the video as well, HERE!).

Chocolat_Smoothing_Collection

For blow drying, right now I am using the Carol’s Daughter Chocolat Smoothing Line.  I don’t blow dry my hair that often right now, but when I do I do reach for this line. I really have been enjoying. Tip: When using the blow dry cream, DO NOT apply a leave-in conditioner  before applying the blow dry cream. Your hair will feel like it has some build up. The Blow Dry Cream acts as a leave in and heat protectant. If you feel you must apply something before, use a light oil i.e., coconut oil or grapeseed oil. Braid out using Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie and Eco Styler Gel

So I follow Ms. brittanyblabber on Instagram (who is also a fellow youtuber) and she posted a picture of her hair about three weeks ago  and it looked Amazing!! She had mentioned she used the Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie and Eco Styler Gel. Which really got me curious because these are two things that I use quite often, but I never thought to use them together. So went ahead a gave it a try. HOTD: Protective Style

I don’t usually protective style, Especially when it is hot out, but I had a really bad twist out, so I needed to do something with my hair.
I didn’t plan on keeping it in all week, but I kept well, so I just left it. It was really easy to do. I just tied my hair with a satin scarf at night and in the morning, it was just fine. My hair was really moisturized from my wash day, so I didn’t even feel the need to re-moisturize my hair through out the week.

Let me know if you guys would like to see a tutorial on this style, by liking this post or leaving a comment below!!!
